You are invited to enjoy this year’s annual gala from the comfort of your own home! Leave your formal wear in the closet, forget about parking and keep your busy schedule unburdened by another event.

2008 has been a transitional year for the PBO administratively, artistically and financially. While galas are great fundraisers, we must now apply 100% of the revenue our annual gala would normally produce directly to the Orchestra. So, instead of a lavish dinner in elegant surroundings with live entertainment, the price of your “ticket” will be 100% tax receiptable.

Our goal for the Gala is $10,000 to support artistic programming and concerts. Like many non-profit arts organizations, ticket sales will never cover operating budgets. This means we rely on government grants and donations from individuals like you to ensure we can continue to perform and maintain the high artistic standards patrons have come to expect. But, we can't do it without your help.
